Your First Visit

At your first appointment, our team will take the time to get to know you better so that they can tailor your experience according to your needs. Once you’ve been escorted to our treatment area, one of our dentists will ask you some questions about your dental health history to get a feel for what your teeth and gums might need as well as what your oral health goals are. When we make recommendations, we’ll make sure that you’re fully informed about your options before asking you to make a decision.

Patient Forms

You’ll need to fill out some paperwork before one of our dentists can see you. We need these forms in order to have a full picture of your dental history as well as your overall health. Based on what you put on these forms, we may ask you a few questions during your visit to get some context. One of our team members will be glad to help you if you’re not sure how to answer one of the questions on the forms.

Dental Financing

Uninsured patients or those who might have trouble covering their out-of-pocket costs all at once can ask about financing via CareCredit. If you qualify for a financing plan, you can pay for your treatment in monthly installments so that the final cost doesn’t end up overwhelm your budget. One major advantage of financing is that you can use it to pay for treatments that might not have been covered under a traditional insurance plan.
